What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Kate was wonderful, accommodations were great, lovely breakfast area and food. About a 10 minute walk down to Portstewart promenade, lovely area. My room (single bed) was small, but adequate and clean and nice shower and small kitchen area. Overall, it was a great stay and I'll be back in 2026!
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
SOme of the guests in the other rooms slammed doors when coming or going, but overall it was a really lovely stay. Highly recommended!

Location perfect, beds extremely comfortable, service from Kate exceptional!
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Positioning of certain things in the room. For example even though there was a TV, it was difficult to view from the beds due to where it was placed on the wall. One of the beds couldn't see it at all.

We had a lovely nights stay, the room perfect and spotless. The host was lovely, we will definitely be back. 5/5

Everywhere in the property was spotlessly clean and fresh and very nicely decorated. Kate was a fantastic host and did everything to ensure we had a great stay. An added bonus was the lovely breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, various breads/toast and good strength filter coffee + tea ( which we weren't expecting to be included in the 'room only' price). An all-round great place to stay.

I couldn't find any faults at all.
